Our story

Eastside Healthcare started from a simple frustration with how home care usually works: a different face at the door every visit, a head office standing between the family and whoever is actually providing care, and a schedule built around a roster rather than a person. Ottawa families deserve better than that, especially at a point when consistency matters most.

That's why care here is delivered by one person, not dispatched from a pool. I build the plan with the family directly, do the work myself, and keep them informed as things change — no relay through an office, no surprises.
