Tell me roughly what's going on. Nothing formal — most first calls are a family working out what they need.

I'll ask about the daily routine and where the difficulties are, and explain what support would look like.

A visit and a plan
If it looks like a fit, I'll visit at home and put a written plan and cost together before anything starts.
Care is delivered in the client's own home, across Ottawa. There is no office to visit — home visits are arranged by phone.
