Scope of practice. Eastside Healthcare provides PSW-level personal support and companionship. We are not a nursing agency and cannot accept referrals for wound care, medication administration, injections, or the monitoring and management of medical conditions. I work alongside nursing and clinical teams rather than in place of them.
